FAQS AND POLICIES

To Give You the Best Experience

We love all of our guests at Bennington Nail Bar, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home and happy. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure every guest who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read and if you have any questions, please get in touch!

Bookings

Walk-ins are always welcome! We do fill up pretty fast, so advanced booking is highly recommended to guarantee availability. Give us a call at 402-915-0664 or book online here!

Late Arrivals

Please note that we may only be able to hold your appointment for 10 minutes past your appointment start time, depending on how many other guests are waiting. In consideration of our next guest, late arrivals may also be subject to expedited services (with your consent, of course) or not all services on your appointment being completed with your visit. However, we will certainly try our best to accommodate!

Gift Vouchers and Payments

Gift vouchers may be purchased in person or online through our “Gift Vouchers” link. If you would like a custom amount, please give us a ring at 402-915-0664, and we’d be more than happy to accommodate any amount you’d like.

**Please note that due to tax regulations, gift vouchers cannot be used to leave tips**

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. We apologize, but we are unable to accept checks as a form of payment.

Private Event Bookings

Looking for the perfect venue for a bridal party, bachelorette party, birthday party, or baby shower? Whatever the occasion, we’d love to help! Shoot us an email at benningtonnailbar@gmail.com or give us a call at 402-915-0664 to make your special occasion perfect!

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our quality of work! Should your acrylic, gel polish (shellac), or dip powder chip, please book a complimentary touch up within 7 days. After the 7 day period, there will be a charge of our normal fee(s) for the affected nail(s).
